As part of our carefully planned strategic development, Chiltern has extended its capacity to 15,500 pallets of frozen and 3000 pallets of ambient storage. The 8.5 acre site gives room for further expansion and Chiltern will create substantial extra chilled capacity to match the market needs. A range of added value services are available on site including cross docking, freezing and tempering. Chiltern also offers distribution using its fleet of specialist courier, rigid and articulated vehicles, all which have temperature data loggers and satellite tracking.
Chiltern are now strongly positioned to further expand and exploit its range of tailor made, flexible service deliveries solutions, of which they are one of the leaders within a very competitive ‘foodservice’ market.
